So cute. So nice. Guest favorite since we bought it last summer! The heated pool is in! It is 21x11x5 and sheltered under the southern side of the home. New pool pics too!

Wifi! You bet. Strong. Very usable for work or play. A Keurig, and two drip coffee makers, because... coffee! Coffee not your thing? Ice! Stand alone ice maker, and ice maker in the fridge too. Roku on the main living room tv for those who want to login to their streaming services from the vacation!

More! Many summer weeks gone already! Get it before it's gone.

Previously owner occupied. This is our first full season renting out to our friends (and future friends!).

Last time one of us was on West Beach, we ran across this home at 2175 West Beach Blvd. It was on the market, and oh so cute! Previously owner-occupied, this lovely 5 bedroom has never been rented before this year!

We've christened her the Blue Heron for the first year, because she reminds us a bit of that majestic seaside bird, plus check out that blue, and the reflection of the sky too!

Bedding includes
2nd Floor Master: King.
3rd Floor SE bedroom, King.
3rd Floor SSE bedroom, King
3rd Floor SSW bedroom 4, Queen and single bunk
3rd Floor SW bedroom 5, King
Bonus room 1: Single Bunk Bed
Bonus room 2: Day beds (2) in living space

Snowbirds welcome. Inquire for best rates. No smoking please. Kids welcome! Weddings and reunions okay too!

And if Blue Heron is not quite the right size, we own several more homes, bigger, smaller. What do you need? Also also! Blue Heron is only a couple doors east of Dancing Dolphin (and that many west of Egret and Erica's Sandpiper) so you can be close but not too close to other people if that's the way you roll!

Since we have a higher proportion of guests recently who are new to vacation homes, I wanted to mention a few things that may be new to guests who normally stay in hotels or resorts rather than a private home so they are not surprised. As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, except where specifically noted, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also...  all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well.

That’s it! We think you’ll have a great stay in our home. Reach out and let us know how we can help!
