All about Grilling, Giddles, and Open Fires at the Beach Homes
Can you grill at the homes?
Yes. Although we do not provide grills at most beach homes, you may bring one, or rent one.
WHERE can you grill?
You MAY NOT grill UNDER the home, on a deck, balcony, porch, or patio area, or within 10 feet of a combustible structure. This is per fire code section 308.1.4 as well as local city ordinances.
Please grill out from under the homes, either in the gravel drives or in the sand.
BONUS: You may not have an open fire on the beach. No campfires or bonfires are allowed per city ordinance. Sorry!
