Trying to find a place? Not getting the results you want? We MAY have the perfect place…  you just need to tweak the search a bit, especially for BIG homes during BUSY times.

Summer Stays: 7 nights. Saturday to Saturday

Want to find the biggest, best beach homes on the gulf, and to do it in summer!? Then you should use the Sat to Sat rule! Enter your search with an ARRIVAL of Saturday and a DEPARTURE of Saturday, and you will get the MOST results. WHY? Because most folks do, in fact, want the big, nice, beach places for a week! And, so we do not allow shorter stays, and stays that mess up TWO weeks, like, stay, a 4 night Thursday to Monday. That kills the chance for TWO groups to rent those weeks for the normal Sat to Sat.

Some of our smaller places (3-4BR) do not have this restriction.

Occasionally we will allow shorter stays if something happens to be open last minute. Rare!

Other Busy Seasons: Holidays, Fall Break, Spring Break: 5+ Nights. NO checkin/out Requirement

Some other busy periods have 5+ night stay requirements, but DO NOT have a check in day requirement. Can’t find what you need. Try 5 nights.

Rest of the Year: 4 Night Min at 5+ BR

For the rest of the year… big homes generally have a 4 night stay requirement, but no check in/check out day requirement. So any 4 night stay. This applies to 5+ bedroom homes. The 3-4 BR homes will often be 3 nights.
