Sarah's Beach Baby, West Unit has it all! 6BR, 6.5BA, or 12BR, 13BA when taking both sides. Perfect location right on the beach and across the street from Waves grocery! Pool too!

Sarah's Beach Baby accommodates up to 24 when staying in either Beach Baby East or Beach Baby West. Or a whopping 48 of you if you stay in both sides.

This listing is for the single side of this great duplex. You can also rent the other side, or both together as a 2x6 bedroom place. Like having a 12 bedroom but with two of almost everything: kitchens, living rooms, more! When renting both sides, guests may unlock the connecting doors in the living room areas for access between the two sides without going up and down the stairs from the main entries.

Marble counters, bamboo pattern flooring, gorgeous views, beach and pool right out your back door and much, much more. Each side of this beautiful duplex home sleeps 24 and has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. AND, all of the bedrooms have there own en suite bathroom! Each side has the following bedding arrangements:

Main Floor N Bedroom: King
3rd Floor N Bedroom: King
3rd Floor Middle Bedroom: King
3rd Floor S Bedroom: King
4th Floor N Bedroom: 2 Queens + Twin Bunk 
4th Floor S Bedroom: 2 Twin over Full Bunks

3rd Floor Bonus Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa

The home has 2 refrigerators (yes, that would be 4 fridges if you choose to stay in both sides: you can never have too much fridge space!). There are balconies on each level.

POOL? You bet!
BIG outdoor pool (shared only between the two sides). 30x16x3-5' rectangular bit of beachfront bliss!

PARKING
There is available onsite parking for at least 6 cars per side (2 under the side, 4 in front of the side).  Good stackers can pull off more. Bad stackers? Well, not so much! 

WIFI/INTERNET
YES! We have an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home!? That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like? It is generally solid and ran > 100Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!

SOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, ETC ETC
As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also...  all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well. 

No smoking please. No pets.
